Hello all,
I am 37, 5'10", 230#, 16%bf and have been lifting seriously for many years off and on since my early teens. This is my first adventure into gear though. I am new to the forums and have been researching like crazy, but still have questions of concern to me.
I found this thread (elitefitness.com/forum/anabolic-steroids/running-sustanon-12-weeks-PCT-666023.html) discussing a stack that needto had helped spartan with, and I had a few additional questions about PCT for this stack.
Specifically, I am looking at doing my first stack of sustanon 250 (1 mL) twice a week for weeks 1-8 and adding in anavar 40mg /day for weeks 7-12. My goals are to put on some good muscle and cut a bit at the end.
From my research, this stack seems to be right up my alley. But, my major concern revolves around PCT. I found this thread (elitefitness.com/forum/anabolic-steroids/very-best-PCT-2010-right-here-712121.html) describing a recommended PCT regimen. From this thread, I don't fully understand which products to take during the cycle vs after, as that does not seem to be explicitly defined. But, unfortunately, all of the products listed are sold out, so I need to figure out how to adjust my plan.
Can someone please recommend PCT for the sustanon/anavar cycle I described above? It seems like I should be doing 250 iu of hcg twice a week while on the sustanon, but I'm not sure when to stop it. I'm also not sure what else I need to add into this PCT.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
