So the best way to shoot up would be to do the whole 500 mg at once or spread it out into two shots a week?

2 shots a week.. Monday Thursday is ideal. With sust you can do it in one go but I find sust to be a painful shot so I wouldn't like 2 ml going in at once. Just as easy to do it twice a week
