Sustanon 250??

Hi guys

I've been lifting now for just over a year and have recently toyed with the idea of getting on the juice and have educated myself through reading countless articles on the subject.

I'm 23yo, 5'11, 160lb, naturally a hard gainer and benching 190lb.

Having now decided that this is the right time for me to use steroids i find that i can only get my hands on sus 250(due to me living in middle earth!) is there anything i can do with just sus? what sort of dosage is needed to get good gains? i just need some advice from experianced ppl as a lot of stuff written on the internet contradicts itself!

Oh and i can also get hold of clomin and Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - of course :qt:
 
Only 7 weeks into my 1st cycle myself bro ,and I'm using 500mg of sust only ew ,had some amazing gains from it ,20lbs already and strength through the roof!!

Although I think you are still to young and dont have enough training experience behind you , I was lifting for 5 years and at 35 years old I have just taken the plunge with aas.

Is your diet right,calories ,protein etc ,are you aeting enough?? I gained 56lbs in my 1st 3 1/2 years just through hard training and the right diet.

Leave it a few more years bro , eat right and train hard ,you'll find its better for you in the end.

I'd say my diet is ok, i normally intake over 200g of protein per day but my main problem is getting enough calories in my body as i'm a little scared of putting excess fat on......

I've definitly got to have a good think about using steroids tho, its a big decision for me
 
bro you need to do alot more research about aas. a sust only cycle is great for a first. many people will tell you that you need a min of 500mg EW but i used 250mg a week for my first cycle and it worked wonders, granted my diet was spot on and training was awesome. im a little worried about your diet as you say you are only 160lbs... at your height you should be able to get to 180 naturally. whats your diet actually look like bro? how often do you train and whats your training program look like? the more info you give us bro is the more info we can give you

i also used sust for a first time and also at 250mg, it fucking owned! but i do think u could put on some more weight naturally

Yeah my diet is a concern.

I typically take in 200+grams of protein per day through shakes, tuna, chicken etc. but i am a little scared to go overboard on the calories, maybe its somesort of mental block cos i was overweight in my early teen years(the fat went as i got older & taller) but i tend to eat around 1500-2000 calls per day.

What i meant in my original post was that i find it hard to gain muscle but easily put on fat, which has been the case since i started lifting.

My training program looks like this :

Each excercise = 3 sets of between 5-10 reps

Mon - 4 chest exercises(bench press etc)
Tue - 4 Arm excersises(bar curls etc)
Wed - 4 shoulder excercises(Shoulder press, shrugs etc)
Thur - 4 middle back excersises(rows etc)
Fri - 4 leg excersises(squats etc)

Plus on top of this i play football(soccer) saturday & sunday, which is intense and really wears me out.

Hope you can shed some light on whats going wrong!

Not enough nutrition by a long way bro, get ure calorie intake upto at least 3000 ed to start and protein upto 300g ed ,eat clean and regularly every 3hrs at least ,you should start to see growth ,if not, add another 500 clean calories and so on. you will grow if you eat right.

If you are trying to bulk up you need to increase your calorie intake. If you eat healthy foods you will not get to fat. Even if you add a little fat you can cut that after your cycle. You have to eat alot in order to gain muscle, on juice or not.
 
Diet is key to this and if you do embark on using AAS then it is imperative you have the foundations set to realise maximum gains.

As you say its a big step so do not cut corners
