42, workout out 4/5 day, 5'9 178lbs, trying to get bigger but also stay as lean as possible. Diet is pretty clean, eating like a horse, naturally thin so hard to gain weight.
Any ideas on your bf? Stats seem decent. At your age you may need testosterone as it is. I'd run bloods and then cut your sust cycle. Is this your first cycle? If so, if back it off a bit. If not, keep it there and think about adding tbol.
