done this cycle a few times, but i dont think i ran the tren enough, should it be ED or EOD? at what mg? i know the life on the tren dosin't last that long and was told to run it more than twice a week.
few quick anwers would be helpful.

Ed anywhere from 50-100mg. Some guys prefer eod pinning which is fine too. As far as dosage I gave you the average. Just find a happy medium that suites you. Start low if you want and work your way up.

a good tren ace dosage is 75-100 mg eod... you can pin ed if you want, that's up to you... just make sure you have all the proper supports bro and that you are fully educated on tren...
