i have 12 organon sust amps by nile co. im running them 500 a week for 6 weeks. this will be my first cycle.
my question is...how long does the propinate stay active? i was thinking of doing injections on mondays and thursdays. is this too spread apart or is this ok?

You want to use 500mg/ week? Just put two togheter in one pump and shot once a week.That's the most easy way. If you want to do twice a week 250mg that's ok too.It doesn't make a difference, there the sus is long acting.BTW the propionate stays active for about 5 days.(After being completely in the bloodstream)Good luck

If you are using Sustanon alone I would inject twice a week.

Susta is a combination of 4 testosterones - short and long acting. Because of the proprionate, susta is effective after one day, and based on the mixed in decanoates, remains active for 3-4 weeks.

If you combined with deca or D-bol you could perhaps leave it with once a week. It also depends on whether this is one of your fisrt cycles, or whether you are further down the track.

Juice, first off 6 weeks is too short, get enough gear to run 8-10 weeks at 500mg/wk.
If u can't get more gear, run it like this:

week 1 - 250mg
week 2 - 250mg
week 3 - 500mg
week 4 - 500mg
week 5 - 500mg
week 6 - 500mg
week 7 - 250mg
week 8 - 250mg

Don't forget you nolvadex and clomid.

As for splitting up your shots, mon. and thurs. are fine, I do the same thing.

three days between injections

Propionate has a half-life of 1-2 days, therefore give it three days between injections and that will keep your blood levels higher and more even.
