Hey guys New to the Gear, and also new to the forum...When i was younger i played around with steroids but didnt take it serious.
Id like to know what you guys think of what im doing, Im taking Sustanon 250 by @ 1.5 amps monday and thursday, which = to 750 Mgs of sust per week. I purchased 4 bottles at 10 amps per vial...Im going on alot of my personal trainer, who is a good friend so i use her as a jump off im not paying her to train me.
So far ive been using Sustanon for just over a month, Im a Medium frame at 6 foot, and i started at 180 pounds.
After two bottles i have gained roughly 28.6 pounds, I weighed myself just 2 mins ago and im up to 208.6 pounds...I eat very well, Numbers i cant be exact as i just started watching my intake. For protein im eating close to 385 grams a day give or take....I compensate using EAS Whey Protein.....I was a lil chubby when i started but far from over weight. My Whole plan is to gain a shit load of muscle mass and weight over a 4 month cycle of sustanon 250, come off the cycle using PCTs, and then jumping back on a month later using Winstrol to cut everything down, Winstrol also from NU PHARM
Sorry for my lack of experience, and if im using the wrongs words to explain things, ive just been wondering how ive been doing, I work hard and eat hard, and follow a very strict schedule of eating, sleeping and working out
