i have the demacrine sustain, not the new alpha. Is it still good for PCT of a test/var cycle?

Yes, the original Derma Sustain is still great for PCT.

You may need some additional support based on your cycle length though. How long was the cycle? Did you use hCG?

havent done the cycle yet, test e 10weeks 500mg, last 6 weeks anavar 40mg.

i was planning on sustain, and 20 mg nolva

Most people can get away with just that, but its always best to use hcg during or after cycle. Check out the pct stickies they help a lot.

cool. i just wasnt real sure if sustain alpha was needed, i sure its kick ass but i just have sustain on hand so im glad it will work.

Yeah your good to go. Just be sure to get some hCG for the cycle. 500iu once a week would be fine for weeks 3-9
