Yea, I thought it was a foam but I was dead wrong lol! Its a nasty looking cloudy substance. But I rubbed the lotion on its skin anyways.

i have to hold my bottle upside down to be able to pump it out. if i hold it upright and try to pump, it comes out the two little holes in the bottom of the bottle. is this normal?

No, not so much... It should not be coming out of the bottom holes. It should be coming out of the hole that it was designed to come out of. how much comes out of the bottom?

alot is coming out of the bottom. i just looked at the bottle again to check and it is constantly oozing out. like almost half the bottle is gone already and i just got it. when it arrived in the mail there was a little bit coming out the bottom holes. i just figured it got too hot on the way. it didn't look like much had came out but now it is definitly coming out more. what the hell. i keep it in the house so i knwo it's not getting hot.

Well if I were you I would try to get the rest out and put it in some type of bottle, like an empty hand soap bottle. You have lost a complete seal on the bottom and you may end up having to cut the bottle open to get the last bit out. I haven't looked at the bottle too hard, but it looks as the bottle uses a vacuum pressure to lift the bottom cap up forcing 1 pump worth of lotion out at a time. If your seal has busted you may be forced to manually retrieve the lotion out. That is what the small holes are for is to allow the bottom cap to rise without causing a vacuum on the bottom side as well as the top side. Just get it out and put it in another bottle. If you have lost a lot of product contact PP and see what they will do.
