sustain alpha question

Hey, this might be a retarded question but can I run sustain back to back? I'm about done w/ my bottle and was wondering if I can run another bottle or if it would be counter-productive

You can run it continuously if you want. However, I find I get the best results when using it for 2-3 weeks, then taking a week off, then using it again for 2-3 weeks.
