Okay I'm starting my 2nd cycle next week, I'll be doing sust at 500mg a week(+35mg dbol ew) Should I take 500mg every week, or take 250mg every 3 days?

3 doses per week is optimal with sust.

Ex: Tuesday-500mg (week 1) Tuesday-250mg, Friday-250mg (weeks 2) etc....

I agree this is the best way to keep blood concentration levels optimum.

IMO i woul dlook at throwing some Decca in as well (e.g 400mg EW). You can mix in with same jabs and will help a lot.
