Sust250 and cardio.....

I will start my first cycle in January (depending if i get my BF down to 13-14%). Here is my question. If i inject 250mgs a/wk (dont want to do 500mgs just cause its my first cycle and want to see how it hits me) on Sunday night, and i wake up first thing, do 30 min light cardio followed by some serious lifting then followed by 50g of protein (PWO shake) is doing the cardio then lifting going to be counter productive?? will it affect my gains (say my diet is on point) ???
 
Everyone has a different theory on this subject. I like to do my cardio afterwards. I want my muscles at full strength when I lift.
Thats just me though.
 
I wouldn't do cardio on the same day as a serious workout. I would do cardio with small muscles such as calve or abs or maybe biceps.
 
i know that idealy it would be better if i split them both, but i know due to work it wont be possible. Slat why would you do it afterwards? isnt it best that once you did some heavy lifting get some protein in you right away? wouldnt it be almost 30 min after till you hit a PWO? I was thinking about doing cardio 5X a/wk 30 min light, then lift and follow a "clean" bulking diet? just wondering if this is going to be counter productive? or should i just do cardio 3X a/wk instead? also while on Sust do you guys prefer to train each part twice a wk or once a wk? i was thinking about hitting each part once a wk..but i have heard that while "on" it would be a good idea to hit them twice for growth?

current stats: 26 yrs old, 5'6 16-17% BF, 205lbs. (wanting to get down to 13-14% by January)

I think Slat was referring to the cardio....putting the weight training first followed by cardio. Protein shakes s/b consumed post workout...whey preferably. Cardio 5X/wk while bulking? Guess it may work if it's stationary bike or brisk walk. I would opt for 3X/wk on off days if possible. I rarely do cardio first as my emphasis is on muscle building .... this is the area where I wish to concentrate.

For your case, I would do this...........either lift in the morning and go for a run at night (I know you have the time to go outside and run or walk the dog etc.) OR consume your glucose/protein shake while you train (sipping between sets) and hit your cardio afterwards...then have a meal 1+ hours after cardio..........

hmmm that sounds like a good method, how about if i trained first (sipped on gatorade or something of that nature) hit cardio after, then had a PWO shake, then ate 1 1/2 hours later? also would you guys recommend hitting each body part 1 or 2 a wk? Since i will be on Sust will this hinder my gains??
