I will start my first cycle in January (depending if i get my BF down to 13-14%). Here is my question. If i inject 250mgs a/wk (dont want to do 500mgs just cause its my first cycle and want to see how it hits me) on Sunday night, and i wake up first thing, do 30 min light cardio followed by some serious lifting then followed by 50g of protein (PWO shake) is doing the cardio then lifting going to be counter productive?? will it affect my gains (say my diet is on point) ???
