Well I will dissent from the group and say 3-5 days. I always feel drugs within the first week, especially sust which has a dose of prop in it.

nope I have never frontloaded anything. I feel long esters within the first week of shooting them. Just lucky I guess.

Generally the prop and isoprop take effect within the first few days, but I think the amount is negligible, unless you are shooting the sust EOD or E3D....just my opinion
