D d-bol man New member Jul 9, 2001 #1 I am wanting to do an 8 to 10 week cycle of sust with some winny. I would like some input on how long I should take the winny, and during what weeks(for example; the first five, the middle five). I was also thinking of some equipose too. thanks

P PimpnAintEasy New member Jul 9, 2001 #3 Sust/EQ/Winny is a very good cycle. Run your Test and EQ together for 8-10 weeks and run the Winny the last 5-6.
