Sustanon containes Testosterone (as 30 mg propionate, 60 mg isocaproate, 60 mg as phenylpropionate, 100 mg decanoate)

Testosterone : There are different kinds: cypionate, Enanthate, Propionate, Suspension
People choose on availability and goal
Each is one single easter and each has different half-lives
