sust pct question

i got answers in an earlier thread. but since i got a liquidex instead of nolva by accident from ag, how much should i add at the end of my cycle (250 mg wk sust, low 1st cycle) or should i take it during? 191 lb. 5' 8 40 yr. old, 11 - 12 % bf. i already have the clomid on the way.

take it during and with one week hcg treatment during pct
pct
hcg 1week
nolva/clomid 3 to 4 weeks
