Sust or EQ for cutting

My swim coach told me that test helps to burn fat, but i know i would probably need liquidex because i dont want any bloat with sust. Would it just be safer to go with Eq, this would be my first cycle, i dont want huge gains, as I am used to having a swimming physique. I am 5'10, 170, should probably weigh about 160 though, i did gain some fat after i stopped training (swimming). i thought about using clen by itself to rid some fat before doing any cycle. I do workout 5 days a week though. any help is appreciated.

How old are you, and what's yer diet like?

losing 10 lbs when you are only 170 shouldn't be that hard... and I wouldn't recommend test. Do some cardio and cut out starchy carbs...

You could always do a small dose of Sus (like 1 amp a week) to preserve muscle mass though while you diet down... other then that, I wouldn't think that you'd need much of anything...

Come to think of it... seeing as you are a swimmer, Eq, or Winny-V might be a better choice then test, but I am partial to it...

I am 19, sophomore at LSU. I stopped swim training at the end of state in high school. I would rather not do test either, only 250 a week if anything. But Eq appeals to me, so thats what i would rather do. I have only started to watch my diet as of late, but i have a slow metabolism, even when i train hard and it is hard to lose any fat on my body. I am going to start to do cardio more often and see if it helps, but i havent had any luck with losing fat in the past. I was thinking clen but i am not sure yet.
 
at 19, you don't need shit other than hard work and some discipline in your diet to shed 10lbs and get back in shape.
 
I mean Eq sounds good and all, but i know i am young, so i dont want to jump in it yet. Would taking clen even be that bad for now?
 
I absolutely agree with ripper2, at your age you don't need steroids.
I don't think Clen would be that bad, but before Clen you may try some ECA, it's over the counter supplements, thermogenics.
With proper training, diet and supplements you can easy achive your goals.

Yep. Thats all you need. If you want to take a legal fat burner to help in your aid thats great, but you need NOTHING else. DIet, Cardio and maybe a fat burner.
 
Thanks alot guys, i think i may only try a fat burner. I know many people do 2 on 2 off for clen with eca in between, but i also read that you dont have to do this. Should i do the 2 on 2 off?
 
hey clean, I just wanted to chime in and agree with the other bros. i've never actually tried to loose weight, but if I did, I don't think I'd turn to roids. Just diet and cardio and you should be fine. The dieting will probably be the hardest part.
