Sust more than once a week?

I was just wondering if I were going to take 500mg Sus a week then should I break it up? I have heard many guys saying they have to take it more than once a week, but I am not sure. All the research I have done doesn't say anything about the esther being extremely short. Thanks for the help.

in my early years i used SUST at 1x per week and made great gains. i do suggest now at least 2x per week for best results,,,

break up the 500mg into two shots per week. For example, 250mg on Monday and then another shot on Thursday.

Personally, I prefer hitting my sus shots E4D (every four days). Twice a week is fine though.

Depends on your history with juice. twice a week would be a gram...which is a lot by almost anyone's standard. Not to say people don't use it with great results. I'm guessing since you have to ask this question that you're not ready for that high of a dosage. Just my 2 cents

Oh yeah, listen to Omega bro.....and try to do it at same 84hour interval......monday evenings, thursday mornings

where did you read this, because sus contains 4 different esters. Spreading the Dosages out if you are doing over 1ml is going to be best.
