Sust gains...I know its an over asked question....

So I have everything set for my second cycle, and going into it a bit wiser now. I've searched through lots of posts, and am wondering if there's anything missing that I can help to keep gains post cycle. I am not upping to 500mg...I'm steadfast in my cycle dose because, I can't afford it, I can't afford to put on too much weight, and I'm still upping my doses slowly.

Weeks 1-8 437.5 mg/week
Weeks 11-13 Clomid 300/150/50

I have around 50 clomids and 70 nolvas on hand.

My diet has been far the best it's ever been, just going to up the calories. My training is still going through some adjustments as I'm coming off a light shoulder injury (type 1 AC seperation) 5 weeks ago. My biggest downside is sleep right now. I'm going to be getting around 7-8 hours, instead of my regular 8 to 9 hours. This probably won't change for awhile.

Around week 13 I'm going to start some creatine to keep me going. Up until my cycle, I'm trying to lean down to 12%. I'm looking at keeping 15lbs post cycle, probably 23lbs up during the cycle.

5'5 172 ~14% BF.

In order to make the cycle optimal for retaining gains, you are missing a few weeks of test, but you probably now that and it seems to be a cost issue. Post cycle therapy, training hard and eating right is the best way to retain your gains. Creatine can't hurt at all. There are many studies to show that creatine is beneficial to building muscle. If you don't use your new steel, it will melt off.

I think you should hold off and wait until you get some more Sust. Why can't you afford to put on too much weight? Do you play sports?

Yes, I'm a swimmer and snowboarder. I think 15lbs is about all I can afford to carry around, without seriously worsening my performance.

Bro, 15 pds is a lot of muscle and don't be surprised if it really hampers your performance. I put on 18 pds of my first SUS 500 a week cycle for 9 weeks. Its been 6 weeks since i finished my cycle and so far i have kept 13 pds. The water and bloat are gone but i'm amazed how much slow i am now.

I'm a thai boxer and at 5'9' at a weight of 195 i could be extremely fast. now at 212 pds. My speed is gone and its a pain to even kick anyone on the head cause they always see it coming. I think you should rather do a Primo and VAR cycle. Thats what i'm doin as my next cycle. It'll cut you and give you quality muscle.

I believe that. I don't swim competitively anymore, but am training for a small triathalon this summer. I was quickest in the pool when I was around 135-140. At the end of my swimming career, I was tipping 150-155. It was a huge difference.

Granted, at 135-140 I wasn't training in the gym seriously. However, I don't feel like being a 135-150lb person all my life. - Which is strange, I got comments from girls all the time when I was that weight, and now the only people that make comments are guys.
