I am looking to do my first real cycle. I experimented with Deca, but only had 800 mgs, and spread it out over 6 weeks (gained 10 pounds of lean body mass). I am 5'9 191 pounds. I have been lifting for about 3 1/2 years. I am looking to use Sust, EQ, and Proviron. I am trying to not gain too much water, or fat, and stay as lean as possible. My goal is to eventually be 225lbs, around 8% bodyfat or less. If anyone could give me some advice it would be appreciated.. Thanks..
