sust -dbol first cycle

i am gettin some sust in soon and was thinkin of setting it up like this 1 amp a week for week 1 then 2 amps week 2-5 then week 6 1 amp a total of 10 amps should i throw in some dbol and where i know its a short to the point cycle but i just wanna introduce the AS to my body my first cycle then go on from there

i am currently 6 foot about 185lbs i know results varies from person to person but do u think i could keep a solid twenty pounds out of this

also if any1 has any ohter suggestions of how to set this up let me know all suggestions r greatly appreciated i can also get more test if u think it is needed...

week 1-2 500 of Sust
week 3-8 250 of Sust
week 1-4 25mg of Dbol
arimidex (if you choose to run) .5mg
two weeks after the cycle run clomid at 300mg 1st day, 100mg next 10 days, 50 mgs next 10 days...
 
Try it like this
weeks 1-2 500mgs sus 25 mg dbol
weeks3-4 250 mgs sus 25 dbol
weeks4-8 250 mgs sus
week11 clomid
simple and effective might want to throw in something to mix with the sus to cut down on the pain, then again you may have no pain on it some do some don't
 
6 weeks of Sus aint worth it bro.
It prob start kicking in around week 4 or 5 and next week you'll stop.
Do it for 10 weeks.
And keep the levels constant.
Do 500mg per week. Split to 2 shots a week.
No need to go down and up and down again.
Do the Dbol for weeks 1-4 at 30mg Ed.
Clomid is 3 weeks after last injection with Sustanon.

ok now sorry but i am new so how many mg's in 1 amp or does it varie i was offered 10 amps or sust or i could get more but they didnt say anything about mg's sry i am kinda confused please help ...

bro, no offense, but you really have to do more research than that... use search on this site to find info...
1 amp of Sust is 250 mgs... dbol depends on who manufactured could be 5 mgs or could be 50 mgs... depends...

i understand the dbol i have 5mg russians i was just gettin confused wit the sust because i will talk to u guys and it will be all mg's then i will talk to my friends and everything will be amps and i am affraid to sound like a moron askin so i ask u guys lol sry i am still researchin thx for the help though thats all i needed to know i get it now thanks man...
 
I gotta agree do more research you will thank yourself for doing it right the first time. You only get 1 first cycle do it right :)
 
i know guys i am workin on it but how does this sound then

week 1-10

500mgs of sust (2amps)

30mgs of dbol ED (6 tabs)


right now this looks the best to make the first cycle gains i am looking for forget goin up and down with doseage just a constant 500mgs what do u guys think...??

the sust is 250 mg/amp(1cc)....i thought u only had 10 amps, if thats the case you cant run 500 mgs for 10 weeks, that would be 20 amps...if you only have 10 amps i would not go up and down and taper because sust took me almost 4 weeks to kick in on my first cycle...if you MUST use just 10 amps i'd run it like this:
Wk1-500mgs
WK2-500mgs
WKS3-8-250mgs

Run the Dbol 35mgs/day for Wks. 1-4
get nolva and clomid or liquidex for that matter..

I am on my first cycle now, and it looks allot like yours. I'll list a few things that I learned by watching this board, but you need to due your own due diligance and search and read around before you stab yourself the first time. I am not a vet, but I want to help you as others did for me.

1) Get a diet plan in check, you will want to eat like a mad man several times a day while on the dbol. Lots of real food like chicken, tuna and cottage cheese. I dropped a few shakes and bars in between meals to keep the numbers up. Eat lots of good fats like flax and fish oil. Back off a bit when dropping the dbol.
2) Keep a journal.
3) get your bf tested, period, you will never know exactly how you did without it. Dip tank I believe is the best method.
4)Avoid overtraining like the plague. Everbody is different, but I workout LESS because my workout are so intense I need allot more time to rest.
5)get you big compound movements in check, squats and deads.
6) Everytime I tweak my diet, something magic happens. Diet , diet diet.
7) post workout recovery: Tons of dextrose (100g dextrose + 10g creatine + 10g glutamine +80grams of whey +30g BCAA's).
8) Eat complex protiens before you sleep! Not a shake but a couple cans of tuna or cottage cheese.. help you repair in your sleep. you grow in your sleep! knock back some glutamine too.
9) drink allot of water, then some more.
10 ) research liver protection..
11) do your own research, figure me as full of shit and verify.

I always thought it was like this. Eample, If you get Tesopro 10ml, 250mg/ml (Test Prop) that means you got 10 doses of 250mg right?
