Hey fellas, I need advice on a few things. I am getting ready to start my first cycle, so of course I wanna start a little light and not overkill anything. I will be doing Sust. 250mg/w for the first couple weeks and then maybe bumping in up to 500mg/w. Can I still get pretty cut if I am doing the 5x5 routine, or should I be doing some high reps? And what about cardio? I guess you could say I am pretty uneducated about some of this stuff, I dont to fuck anything up and make this cycle a waste, so any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!!!
