Sust Cycle

Hey fellas, I need advice on a few things. I am getting ready to start my first cycle, so of course I wanna start a little light and not overkill anything. I will be doing Sust. 250mg/w for the first couple weeks and then maybe bumping in up to 500mg/w. Can I still get pretty cut if I am doing the 5x5 routine, or should I be doing some high reps? And what about cardio? I guess you could say I am pretty uneducated about some of this stuff, I dont to fuck anything up and make this cycle a waste, so any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!!!

I'm not trying to be a dick but your statement here sums it up.....my advice....get educated before doing anything.....that means knowing what type of training and diet works best for you....
 
Gilly took the words out of my mouth.

I figure out 2 years before I started gear that heavy weight with low reps works great for me, and about 3-4 exercises per body part I put on another 20lbs. before starting anything.

Knowing your body and how it reacts to certain diets and different types of training is the key to growing.
 
What are your stats there sparky? What were they last year?

What are your goals?

If you are looking to cut, cut. No need for drugs, just diet and training with a training and diet stack.
 
If you are going to run sust run it @ 375-500mg/week. No less no more. Don't mess around with the dosages except for frontloading if you feel like it.
