M MadCow1 Guest May 21, 2001 #3 The work capacity drug - A50 I've always used it every day but I do remember that some people would actually split it 3 on 2 off or 2 on 1 off. This was to mitigate liver effects but I'm not sure how this affected gains or improved liver functions.
