Sust. 250 info.

I am in my third week of a 10 week cycle of sust. 250. I am wondering if I can also use my creatine, or glutamine. I haven't seen any results so far, but just wanted to see what the experpts here think. Also would like some feed back on anyone who has used Sust. 250. I am going 250 for first 3 weeks, then 500 in the middle, then back to 250 for the last 3 weeks. Please let me know what you all think.....

You can use the creatine and glutamine. Why not just use 500mg a week the whole time? What are your stat's, age, training exp, cycle history?
 
I used it in my last cycle. I gained 25 pounds and kept 17. I love it. I will be using sustanon in my next cycle. I would just go ahead and run 500mg a week as mentioned above unless you don't have the mL to do that. If thats all you have that would be fine. Is this your first?
 
Creatine and Glut. are OK as other have already noted. I like to use those supplements during PCT. I have used SUTS 250 before as well, loved the results. I suggest NOT to taper your dosage though...
 
This is my first cycle. I have always done over the counter supplements but were not happy with the gains. I have been lifting for about 3 years on and off but have been back at it full time for about 1 year now. I am currently 31 y/o 5'8" tall and 150lbs. I do have enough sust. for 500mg, should I do it for the rest of my 10 week cycle? Any help, I will take! I also currently lift 5 days a week w/weekends off.

One thing I did not see you mention, do you have your PCT lined up, ie HCG, Clomid, Novla.

Yes I have everything I need for when I come off. How long should I wait to start again, If I decide too?
 
Thanks all for your input. Being on my first cycle any info and/or help any of you can provide will help me out. Any suggestions on what to use for my 2nd cycle? I am loking for bulk and weight gain, this is my ultimate goal right now. I am looking to add any where between 25-40 lbs. I know diet plays a big part and I'm am working on that too.
 
Why use creatine? Doesn't creatine cause extra bloat with you guys? It did with me, plus it tends to tax the liver somewhat. Every time I used it, I usually ended up sick after a couple weeks of use. BUt the Sus is on point, especially at 500mg/week. Karachi is the best I've used, and I've used quite a few different types of test mixtures.
 
5'8'' 150 lbs?? Come on bro.. Don't waste your time and body shooting stuff you don't need. You want 25-40 pounds?? Im sure within a couple years you can hit 190 naturally.. I have been around this stuff a long time and I am in no means competition ready but I built a base of 230 lbs by the time i was 22. Im 6'1.. Sure there was a little fat. But now I can hold 220 under 10% bodyfat. Don't start at 150 and think you are going to keep 40 pounds if your body isnt used to it in the first place. Just eat...Spend the hundred bucks on a nutrition consultant..
 
I have an intake of around 4200-4800 calories a day. I also take weight gainer after my workouts. I have put on 12 pounds in the last 6 months is all. I weigh now the most I have ever weighed in my life. I have little to no fat on me. I wrestled in high school and have always had a high matabolism. I now 31y/o and decided it's time to bulk and look better. I'm up for anyones opions on how to gain weight and muscle. Thanks group.
 
that o.k. but no need to taper. run 500 all the way through. i can notice the prop in sust really quick but as far as the other remaining esters usually 4-5 weeks.
 
up the dose to 500 all the way thru. and glutamine is good during and off.
i like to use glucosamine/glutimine, milk thisle, omega 3 fatty acids, multi vitamin and some cranberry durring as well as off. and always remember your diet will ultimitly determine your results of your cycle.
 
Dosing E3d works well for me with Sus and all i need is 15 - 20mg of dbol / day to get things done.
 
I have tried to get some dbol but have come up empty. Sust is easy for me to get. Any info on quick weight gain would be great. Thanks for all the info so far!
 
If this is your 1st cycle and you're using Sus, the weight gain will come very easily. Eat as much as you can as often as you can, no more than 4 hours without eating. Plenty of protein and yada yada yada....you've heard it all I'm sure.
