Sust 250 Dosage?

With what dosage does everyone find the better gains? 500 mg a week or 250 mg twice a week?

250 every 3 days works good for me. Sust is for differnt compounds, and the point is to take adavantage of the quick esters like the propionate. If you did 500 mg shot once a week you would lose this whole advantage

For years I still have these same questions about sust. Just how important are the stable levels that E3D or EOD offer? Are they such that the gains will be impacted to a great degree? Mood swings....? How much of a difference does it make if I am off a day on the short ester? Is it something that becomes more important with long term test cycling, or would even first time users be well advised to do the more frequent and stable injection schedule?

I made great gains my first two cycles doing 2X weekly before I really knew any better and felt fine.

The more I think about sust, the more I wonder why the hell do I still use it, yet every cycle I go back to it due to the gains I have made with it.

when it comes to the test .....here it is

sunday : 250 mg test. en.
wed: 500 mg sus.

then
next sun : 500 mg of susm
wed : 250 mg test. en.

and following this pattern " my own ....lol"

so back to sustanon: if 'm gonna use it only i inject it every 5 days....i like both patterns

For the love of God..you can take Sus250 once a week..Organon spent yrs developing the esters so they could give less injections. The prop kicks 1st,then the next ester and so on. You can actually take it every 2 weeks for HRT and be fine with little up& down levels.....grrrr

100% Agrees..... 1 shot every other day is the best way to go with Sust.....
