sust 250 and EQ

will 250 be enough to gain for a person on a second cycle. and what can i use to cut with it? how much EQ do i need ? or spomething else????

depends, have you used any test ester before?..as far as eq goes most ppl say use 600mgs a wk but i use 400 and it works for me..but hey every "body" is different
