How do you use it?
Here's How I run it:
100mg (50mg bilaterally) into the muscle I am about to train 20 min prior to training. (e.g. 50mg into each pec on chest day)
This makes me very sore -- no doubt from the test causing damage to the muscle. I get a very deep, but good soreness from it.
Clogging: My problem
Clogging is the most annoying thing. 23g gets clogged. I heat the suspension by putting it in a glass of hot tapwater for a few minutes and shake it well, but I often get clogs.
