You guys are always looking out for all of us "newbies" and thus far I have learned quite a bit from just browsing this forum.(THANKS)Took everybodies advise and havent posted alot and have just been sitting back and watching.Since everyone has been hooking me up on the AS 411 thought i would give a trick that i have found to work with the pain associated with painful jurox testosus shots.Just mix 1cc reforvit-b to every 1cc of suspension. Found this to work great and once again do leg days after a shot.

THIS HAS TO BE A PURE BULLSHIT POST. You are not supposed to inject ref. It is supposed to be taken orally. I injected it the first time I ever took it, and I have never had a more painful shot. It was all I could do not to pull the needle out. That shit burns. I'm calling BS on this one.

For anyone who reads this, do not try this as you will be in serious pain.

I thought it was bullshit too when big rude at the gymn told me to do it because i was limping , but it works I sware!!!!!!!!dont knock it till you try it.

Can't you just mix some b-12 in with anything that gives pain to minimize it?

Yeah but injecting two waters doesn't help much with lubing the needle. Starting at 22 ga. my skin really closes around the needle, which can be painful in and of itself when pulling the needle back out. Much nicer with some oil.
