Hello gentlemen. The basics are 5'9, 210-220 15% with 4 years of heavy lifting experience, 3 years as a competitive Oly lifter. Diet is highly regimented, as is sleeping and extensive recovery (massage, sauna etc), No cycle experience. After 3 years of listening to WADA's self righteous bullshit about 'pure performance,' I decided it's now the time to really step things up and do what I have to do, to get where I want to be.
Need to lay down some things first, the more information I give you, the better the information you give me.
RATIONALE: IF YOU DON'T CARE SCROLL DOWN
I'm a 'big' boy, I can deal with suspension ed injections. Suspension clears fast, gives the most explosive gains, and will cause me a lot less of stress with those testing bastards. So please no 'don't use susp!' Secondly, I am built for the 94kg class, I have been told this by many coaches. So the end goal is a lean 97kg. However, i do not want the large gains associated with massive dose long cycles, nor do I want to need extensive PCT, I can get done on nolva just as easily as test. I want short sharp gains that i can incorporate and take on. Olympic lifting is very strange in that sudden gains in weight will see you missing snatches the entire session. Thirdly, Australia seems to have an odd supply of good cheap suspension, more so than prop. With that rationale cleared...
QUESTIONS
I was thinking of 4 week cycles. First one being 50mg ed, with 100mg for max attempt days once a week (400mg a week) and then working up to higher doses subsequent cycles. Again I wish to stress the desired result is a few pounds that I can keep.
This raises questions:
PCT, Nolva sufficient? If I was on for 4 weeks would I even PCT?
What about HCG? I don;t think 4 weeks, even on suspension will be enough to cause shut down... but I have no experience to go by.
The other thing is water bloat? I will have arimidex handy wand was thinking .5mg eod right from the start.
