Sushi...

How many of you incorporate sushi in your diet (by sushi i mean the rolls i suppose) Im going to have "Phillidelphia Rolls" for lunch...salmon, sushi rice, seaweed...mmmmm 6 pieces...enough protein you think?

I eat sushi about once a week...tuna, salmon or just veggies. Saty away from the "Tempura" shushi, ie fried shrimp etc. Great source of protein and very low cals. Eat up! ;)

When i have the money, i'll get some a spicy tuna roll/california roll combo at this great sushi place near my school. 6 bucks for a good, healthy lunch, can't beat that.

I eat sushi about once a week also. There's a couple places by me that offer brown rice in the rolls instead of white. Ask, they may be able to use brown.

I have sushi once a week. Its just too hot to cook in the summer and for some reason, chicken breasts are too heavy for me. This summer, I ate raw tuna & salmon or another fish at least 3 times a week.

Sushi... I love sushi in all forms. It's too bad I have it probably 1x month due to traveling where it is, ect. Salmon & Tuna are my main fish of choice, and I usual get some veggie type rolls too (california, ect.).

How many of you when your friend(s) tried sushi for the first time you told them that Wasabi was really good and to stuff the roll with it first?

lol... they thought it was funny and decided to buy some habaneros to mess with me later :worried: good times.

Sushi rolls are good stuff...my brother is hardcore with it, no rice, no wrap, just the raw fish. I can't handle it that way :)

I eat that -- no rice, just the fish. The local grocery store does killer spring rolls w/ shrimp that are great too - not deep fried. And I pull out the avocado.

Rolls are not really Sushi, well at least not to the Japenese ;)
I try to eat sashimi & sushi twice a week, like Sassy I eat the fish not much of the rice.
Not everything in a Sushi bar is good for you, sugar in the rice is what makes it stick.
Tempora is fried, and that Philly roll (they are good) has cream cheese in it.

Here are some sushi nutritional facts
