Does anyone out there eat sushi on their bodybuilding diet?

I hear that quite a few people do... the combination of the rice and fish make a good meal.....

any thoughts?
 
Great meal if you like it. Very high inprotein and with some wild rice it's perfectly balanced. I would say one of the healthiest meals :)
 
any idea of how much protein is really in sushi?

what kinds are higher than others?

some have that fake crabmeat, does that have protein?

what about shrimp?
 
I eat Sushi to get in a lot of protein, try to stay away from rolls or the ones with fake crab meat. I tipically eat the ones with large piece of salmon or tuna on rice.
 
I love sushi. I eat it all the time. You just need to be careful with your sodium intake. Make sure you at least use the low sodium soy sauce.

Stay with the raw fish items. (Rainbow Roll yummy!) You can't rely on just the crab meat in the middle for protein. Also, its alittle fatening.

Gotta luv that Tuna!

Personally, I prefer the smoked salmon or smoked tuna. After working out I like to inhale about 6 or 8 pieces of that stuff. YUM:D
