A first cycle takes A LOT of planning. Right now, I am still in the planning stage, holmes. I am buying all the protein I will need for the next 10 weeks since I am a college student and have the $$ problem too. If you have clomid, you dont need nolvadex. If you run 500 mg sus per week for 10 weeks, i would run 50 mg clomid / day. Some say dont use it until the bitch tits start coming on, i say use it no matter what!

A cycle ... is gonna cost you $400 probably for your drugs, and several hundred, I mean $500+ for food, Im talking you are eating DIRT cheap too ... LOTS of brown rice, LOTS OF POWDERED MILK.

then lots of clomid post cycle

Listen to this guy. You CAN make gains off 250mgs a week. Average man produces between 70 - 100mgs of test a week, you inject 250mgs you are more then doubling your natural production. Anyone that says this will do nothing, knows nothing.

Better yet, do 250mgs every 4 - 5 days. But you really should run this for at least 8 weeks, followed by Clomid.

Okay, so why go with cyp instead of sustanon?

I'm planning an 8 wk cycle, goal is to get BF to sub 10% and be about 235 when done, i'm 230 @ 12-13% BF now, will be 4th cycle, first with multiple products.

I was thinking of maybe adding one of the two with winny to cut up, in one of two ways:

1) cyp once per week @ 250mg, winny 50mg ed or eod I'm not sure.

2) sust twice/wk @ 125mg ea to take advantage of the quick acting esters, winny 50mg ed or eod.

Budget is somewhat of an issue...

Hijo, clomid will do it alone .... you don't need to be running nolva if you are running clomid throughout a cycle like i suggested. Nolva won't help you prevent gyno any better than 50 mg clomid ed will for this guy.

Ok, to reiterate the points here;

1. If you get sust250, make sure you split your amp (1ml) into 2 pr 3 doses per week. 3 is optimal. But like the other guys said, see if you can get enanth or cyp. The half-life of the two tests are about 10 days, so you would only need to do 1 dose per week. With sust, it's shortest ester (prop) has a half-life of about 4 days, hence why you need to take doses more frequently to keep your blood levels stable.

2. Make absolutely sure you get clomid AND nolva. I don't care how little of a dose your taking, you should still have nolva ON HAND just in case gyno symptoms occur. You haven't done a cycle before, so for all you know you could be VERY prone to gyno. Be safe.

3. Reread the threads you posted questions on. There is a lot of info to take in all at once, and you need to make sure you understand it all, as I don't see you to be reiterating the info very well.

If you only have $150 why not just use fina and make it yourself? Some people have a drop in sex drive but shit, if you must run a cycle get this and clomid. You'll grow well at 75mg EOD (yes 37.5 ED is better but you may not want to pin cushion yourself).

If you can run cyp or enanth at 200mg weekly do that. Otherwise get the sust - doing 1/3cc injections suck so just take the shot a week and know it's not optimal but the long esters will pull you through. Lot's of guys have done it this way and it works. Many newbies have gained 15lbs. from cycles like this (and this was the generic 1st cycle in the 80's to early 90's anyway - nobody stacked their first.).

Bottom line is a cheap cycle like sus 250 one shot a week is still going to give you better gain than spending shitloads of money on scam supplements like tribulus, gaba etc and of course sus is unlikely to aromatize at that dose, just my take on it!!
