Hey Guys,
New here and enjoy reading these excellent post here. I am looking for some good advice myself as I am on my first cycle leading into my 2nd I am 33 I am 6'2 and 226 lbs, not sure of the BF% as of now, I do have a small gut though which is 1 of my main concerns as of now.
I am leading into my 5th week I have been taking BD Andropen 275 (SUS) 3 times a week (7days) and STANAZOIL QV 100 (WINNY) both OIL based.
I have finished the 2 of them and now I am about to start Parabolon QV 80 and Sustanon QV 250
At this point I have really noticed a huge increase in my diet as I stay hungry.
I do attend a local GYM here and try to go the minimum of 5 days a week.
1. I would like to know if both of these are acceptable to do together.
2. When should I start visibly seeing a difference in my gains etc..
3. Should I mix my 2nd cycle up some and try something different as far as my gear?
My diet is not really where I need it to be but it is something I am working on tremendously, I was consuming many many sodas over the years and basically have come to a complete stop on them from week 1 to now ( goal accomplished ) as I drink allot of water at this time.
I pretty much found some good post on here pertaining to the diet part so I am really concentrating on achieving that goal as I understand it is a must.
I will leave it at this for now and I hope some of you would be willing to help me out here.
