sus shot hurts!!!

now I'm no wuss or anything but I just did 250ml of sus in my quad and the next day it fxxxxx hurts! in my delts it hurts a little but man my quad hurts! is this normal? is there anything to make the pain go away?

Putting 250ml of anything in you is going to hurt like hell! lol I'm sure you mean 250mg, bro. I don't know if you meant SUSPension or SUSTanon, but either one of them can sting like hell for some people.

Apply heat to the area and massage it out. If you have a multi-use sust via, bake it.

ive always said that if your easily hurt by prop or sust. not to do quads because its a more painful plcae than any other area.

What has worked for me is warming vial first, makes it flow a lot nicer. Also applying a warm towel iwith a small amount of pressure and massaging the area.
