Sus/Omn Quick ques????

I read all the GREAT info on Sus earlier today, but I have 1 simple question with one answer.......................is it better to inject once(1cc) every other day, .........or 3cc once a week?

Once a week or twice a week no sense it hitting it more than that even with the "MAGICAL ESTERS" the amount of prop isnt making a difference.
