sus flu

When I first used sust I was worried about the dredded test flu but the only side effect of good sust is the fucking lump it leaves you with
sust is good its my fave test

yes you can beat sust flu by using the following each of the first 14 days of use:

1 banana chopped up
1 orange
100g of vitamin E
50mcg vit c

Test flu is believed to be a reaction from the BA in the gear or the gear itself. Most people DON'T get it. It's the vocal minority that would lead you to believe it happens all the time.

if i buy sus instead of test prop., is there a way to prevent "sus flu"??

You can try to bake the gear, but that hasn't always help everyone I've worked with.

Something tells me thats not quite right,100 grams of vit e ed is going to do you no favours(thats over 3 ounces) and 50mcg of vit c is next to nothing :p

it's just your immune system working...it feels 1mL of prop or sus or whatever sitting in your glute and it KNOWS it's not "self" so your body sends chemicals to go eat it...the fever is your body's way of trying to raise it's own temperature to a temp that would make you (as a host) uninhabitable to what it thinks is a viral/bacterial infection...I've never had it except recently (lethargic 8-12 hours post injection with steady 100.7 fever...WBC around 16,500 and monocytes through the roof)...everyone's reaction is different based on immune sensitivity...

How can I go about baking the right way, so i don't get burnt? Could i ruin the gear. I remember seeing this suggestion a while ago but have not heard of anyone who uses it.

Use this method

The easiest way is to bake the gear:

Put a pin in the top (just pin , NOT syringe)
pre-heat oven to 175 F^o
bake for 10 min
let cool for 30min
(repeat 2-3 times).

PLEASE USE A GLOVE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD
