That's what we intend to do. We have researched and studied and learned so much ... accumulated a decent wealth of knowledge amongst us all on this site and the mere fact that you came with your original question and took all the advice we gave to heart, really makes me happy. We get a lot of peple who come on here and ask for advice, but when we give it, they start having an attitude problem and tell us that we are clueless 'cause some guy in their gym told them otherwise.
We care for the members on EF and we have only the wellbeing in mind when someone asks a question. If we feel that you are ready for what you propose, then, by all means, we'll guide and give advice in that direction. However, if not, then we will tell you so and put alternative suggestions on the table. So we can all grow MONSTROUS (
