Surprisingly cheap source for iron...

So I am my local Wal-Mart today buying dog food, and I take a look at their sports section...

I picked up a pair of 35 lbs dumbells for $19 each, or $38 for the pair..Then I see they sell loose olympic plates, the 45's are $21/each! I picked up a pair of those as well.

Don't be dissin' Wally World, those prices per pound are pretty hard to beat at any store.

Just thought I's pass that along...

My local Sports Authority reqularly has 300lb olympic sets on sale for $99.

I've got 3 7' oly bars with the end protectors still on them if anyone wants one....
