Hey guys, here's the deal. I'm tired of being overweight. At 25, 5'9" and 260 I'm definately not healthy. According to my bodyfat scale I'm at 35%.
I used to lift in my teens and stopped when I moved for college and never got back into the routine and never changed my eating habbits to compensate for the fewer calories I was burning.
I started a new plan (just one I made up) on Monday and I've already lost 4.5lbs. I've been working out in the morning right after waking up and MWF I'm doing cardio while Tues I'll be lifting legs/back/biceps and Thurs I'll be lifting chest, shoulders, triceps.
What kind of suppliments would you all reccomend? Keep in mind that I'm lactose intolerant and cannot take Whey. I've read a little about Soy Protein Isolates, is anybody using those? They claim to have twice as much glutamine in them compaired to Whey.
