sawastea Well-known member Nov 22, 2003 #2 Tried the "carb blockers" in the past. Really did not notice anything outrageous. My understanding is that these blockers lower the GI of the meal but not 100% sure...You're better off with Glucorell from the Anabolic Fitness Store

Optimus B New member Nov 22, 2003 #3 i agree with sawastea, r-ala is a great product. don't use carb blockers to make up for shortcomings in your diet.
