Supplements???

I am curious as to what supplements will help me reach my goals.

Right now I am about 190lbs at 16% bf and I want to gain as much as I can with minimal fat gain. I need to know what supplements will help me to reduce fat gain and help me keep my hard earned muscle. I eat 3,500 cals and day which is about 500 over maintenance, so I know nutrition isn't the issue. I work out 4 days a week on a split routine.

Right now I am taking Champion whey in the mornings and post workout. I drink so Monster Amino halfway through my workout. I am currently on USP Labs' Prime (this stuff seems to work pretty nicely). I also take fish oil thrice daily and have been taking ZMA before bed with Probolic 12 Hour.

Any suggestions?????
 
Dont worry about fat loss supplements mate if you want to bulk more. Just eat clean and see how you go. If your gaining to much fat start tapering off the carbs after say 3pm and finish up your last meal with some grean vegetables
 
Solid advice bro, I had just been readin in a magazine about using green tea extract to help with minimizing fat gain while bulking. I was curious as to what everyone others thought about supps
