ok, now have read some bad mouthing about shopping for things at places like GNC but I like to stick with my local places instead of buying on the internet and I dont want to get anything too hardcore so the local places work for me. What I was wondering was, what would be the best supplement and/or combination of supplements to maximize strength gains and/or help cutting. I was thinking of the NO2 & CE2 package....i've used NO2 in the past with pretty good results and have heard good things about combining it with CE2...btw I'm 18 about 6'1" and about 164lbs

Hey bro......there is no proof that Nitric Oxide supplements work....they do give you a great "pump" in the gym, and you certainly feel like you are getting bigger, and maybe they do work, but still there is no proof. I used NO2 when i was back in the Marines, and i thought i got great results, but now that i think back to it, all it did was make me hungry and i ate more than i normally did, so chances are it was my diet that caused me to gain, and not the NO2. Most of the products in GNC are bogus, especially the muscle tech line, the only thing i use GNC for is emergencies, like when i run out of Protein powder. How long have you been working out? What are your goals? What is your diet like? If i were you, i would save the 150+ dollars you are gonna spend on NO2 and CE2, and go to the grocery store and get 3 cartons of eggs, some steaks, some lean ground beef, some all natural peanut butter, milk, cottage cheese, broccoli, you get the point. At 6'1" and 164 lbs, you shouldnt be worrying about being "cut" but more worried about packing on that muscle while you are still young and still pumping with horomones. Im only 21, but i wish i knew back then what i know now from reading on this site. Trust me man, i was injured for a long time, and i have been lifting like its my religion for the last 5 months. I dont know what your training schedule is like, but stick to compound movements, IE; Squats, Bench Presses, bent over rows, Deadlifts etc.....when i quit being a "beach body lifter" and switched to mainly compound movements with little or no isolation exercises, my strength went through the roof compared to what it was, and i gained weight like it was something to do. After you get done reading this, read through all the forums as far back as you can stand, and come up with a new diet, and new workout schedule, and 3, hell even 1 month down the road you will be happy that you didnt spend that money, and if for some freak reason, god wont let you get big without using NO2, ill give you my moms address and you can go slap her....Goodluck with all this bro, hopefully i saved your wallet from the supplement hype.
