I would add two things to that list:
1. Creatine (either w/ ribose or effervescent)
2. Protein Powder
3. Multi-vitamin
4. L-glutamine
5. Flaxseed oil
Not that i endorse any of these, but right now I’m using Nature's Best Perfect low carb Isopure & L-glutamine, and American's Stamina for my Creatine supplementation...
