Supplements???

Okay, I'm relatively new to the AAS world even though this next cycle I am about to take is my 3rd, I really didn't know anything until joining a few boards like this. So this might be a simple question for most of you.

What supplements should I be taking daily and when should I take them? This is what I have so far...

Alpha-Lipoic Acid (when should it be taken though?)

Ginger Root (before high protein meals?)

Dandelion Root (don't know when to take this either)

Flax Oil (don't know when to take this either)

Liver Support w/Milk Thistle (don't know when to take)

I also take a daily vitamin.

What else? Creatine? Glutemine? (I hear this is a waste)

Oh, and I'm 5'10", 175lbs, can see my abs and about to start a bulking cycle that looks like this:

weeks 1-4: 50mg Anadrol ED
weeks 1-10: 500mg Sustenon
weeks 1-10: 20mg Nolvadex EOD
post-cycle: Clomid, HCG, and then an AM 10mg d-bol bridge.

and I know I that some of you are going to say that I should post this on the supplements board or do a search, but I did both of those things and had no luck. I really just need to know when to take them, thanks again!
 
Ginger Root - 1000mg before meals or protein shakes

Milk Thistle - 1200-1800mg a day. 600mg with break/lunch/din

Creatine - 5g immediately after workout

Glutamine - 500mg before workout. 500mg before bed.

ALA and Flax - don't waiste your time/money.

Dandelion Root - don't waiste your time/money.

Daily Vit - be careful not to take to much iron. Get a mulit-vit without iron or just take 1000mg of Vit C and 1000 IU's of Vit E.
 
500mg of glutamine :confused: Do you mean 5 grams? It only comes in 5g/teaspoon.

You need 15-20 grams of glutamine before your workout and 15-20 grams after your workout.

Flax contains omega 3 that you need. Take 1 tablespoon with breakfast, 1 tabelspoon of olive oil for your second meal, and fish oil with your 3rd meal. Atleast you'll know that you're getting in all of your EFA.

Thanks guys, I still have a question. When do I take the Alpha-Lipoic Acid and the Dandellion root? And what is creatine actually used for? Flax Oil too

Ala before carb meals, not a necessary sup though. Drop the d-root until maybe after cycle, helps to drop water weight.
 
I would also add L-Arginine after workout and before bed. Als0 I would take chromium and vanadyl sulfate as well although if your bulking up u may not need them for fat burning. Well g'night I am taking my Glutamine and Arginine in 20gms of protein before bed.
 
I don't take the 5g of glutamine powder. I take the 500mg tablets because its cheaper and easier to take.

Don't take glutamine and creatine and the same time. They both feed off of the same receptors in your body so if they are taken at the same time then you're not getting the benefit of both.

3 tblspn a day, morning/noon/night

not 100% sure, follow label I guess, maybe up the dosage a bit since you're on AAS

creatine: 5-10 grams post workout with 70-90 grams high GI cabs. Glutamine, school is still kinda out on, but I take about 10-15 GRAMS before going to bed on empty stomach.
