I was wondering what supplements you all take. I want to take something that will allow me to get stronger as well as have a better looking body. I take protein but only after I lift. How often should I take it any what else should I take along with it!! I weigh about 135 if that will make any difference(I'm a little shit!!).
 
diet is gonna make the difference, this is the most important aspect in determining your bodybuilding success in my opinion, you can lift all the time and use supps but if you dont have very very good genetics then if you are eating pizza and chips every day your gonna go no where. other than that 135, you sound young so creatine wouldnt be a bad choice for you other than protein.
