Supplements with Cypoinate...

As I have been lifting for some time I have used all sorts or supps from anabolic aminos, creatine, glutamine, argine, protien, No2, Noexplove, volumizer, etc etc.

Now that I started on the gear would you all suggest I lay low on the supps?

maybe continue them after my first cycle to try and maintain

or

go balls out and hit a supplement stack with the test

I have the shit layin around and I'm kind of thinking it might be more bennificial to use a good supp stack after the cycle to maintain and utalize other aspects of my body.

Your thoughts?
 
protein for sure, glutamine and creatine is all that i would take if that. you won't need a no2 type supplement.

just eat and have a solid high calorie/protein diet. nothing is better than food.
 
Some supps can enhance gear -- UNLEASHED will increase the increased free testosterone. No need for creatine with gear. You still need protein and vitamins.

what about the theory of var & creatine? that it increases your ability to store atp, so more creatine absorbed in the muscle the better

ive heard that to, ive heard from some very experienced vets that its true.

Anavar increases creatine synthesis but I'm not sure supplemental creatine will make it more effective. The body can hold only so much. Can't hurt though.
 
I take specific supplement while on cycle:

EFA's and Red Yeast Rice for cholesterol maintenance
Cranberry Tabs for urinary tract
Multi for general health and wellness

I also always take glutamine, creatine and an NO product because I like the effects.
 
I take
Tarine for cramps
Multi for health
Creatine to keep the stores full
L Cartinine to shuttle fat
Aminos to keep stores high
Vit C for immune
Protein /dext
And the wife when avalible .chomp:

fish oil for cholesterol. i am taking creatine for first time with Test and it's fucking awesome.
here's what i take

fish oil, creatine, b-complex, bcaa, 1 pump aifm per day, 200mg dhea per day, 40mg test prop eod. fucking working awesome with good diet.
 
Sounds like Creatine is the most popular next to vits of course, but one should always take vits reguardless. I hear 8and20 is sayin about the ATP stores, ATP is basically going to give you a bit longer reps and a few extra at the end. As far as size goes and the water retention with Creatine and Test is seems it would be an effective way to go out mass building for short term. Once you cycle off both creatine and test sounds like one would stand to loose more than they generaly would...poaasbly keeping more than they would however. Hum maybe I'll try that on my second cycle.

P.S. I think I'll stay off the NO products till after the cycle
