I know there are some readers of the this board who either do not visit the Anabolic forum or have not read my book. (How dare you?)
Anyway, in my book I explain why so many supplements are bogus as well as get into which compounds are effective. Some of the best aren't even brand name supps but individual compounds that can be purchased in bulk form. I used to recommend wwwbeyond-a-century.com but they only sell the powder and you have to make your own caps. Now Protein Factory.com have put together some of my suggestions and came out with 3 products I believe may be the most effective "pill" supplements on the market. (Protein and creatine being the "non pill" favs)
One is called "Unleashed" and it's designed to lower SHBG -- the smartest method I've seen to increase testosterone naturally.
Another is called "Post-Cycle" and it's geared for steroid users, but can be effective for natural athletes as well.
The other is called ZIP! which is unique in the fact that it increases thyroid output without suppression. It's more of a thyroid SUPPORT supplement.
For more info, go to www.proteinfactory.com Click on "News" and you'll get a basic description. At the end of the describtion click on "Articles" for studies and references. Check it out. I'm proud to have been a part of their development and I think they're really going to help people. No super hype. No phoney promises. Just good stuff at a good price. Let me know what you think.
