I agree with the ladies. You don't need supplements right now.
Diet is number one. You look like you are doing pretty good on that.
There are a few things I would tweak...
Yogurt makes me fat as hell. I would go with the shake or tuna (no milk in the shake.. just water)
Drink a ton of water. Green tea will help you out a lot also. It will give you energy and speed up fat loss. On top of that it has great anti-oxydents.
Get your body fat measured with calipers. Make sure they do a 7 point test. The electronic ones are not accurate at all (they can cause you to binge on food when they give a bad reading).
Keep updating this thread to let the ladies know how you are doing. They are very knowledgeable and have done what you are doing. Learn from their mistakes! They will get you to where you want to be fast and safe!
