Does anyone ever mix their supplements (vitamins, minerals etc) into the blender when making protien shakes (assuming you use a blender that is)?
I've been thinking about doing that. I'm wondering if it would help the bioavailability of the supplements or if it would hinder because they are designed to be digested in certain parts of the digestive system. Any ideas?
Would be interested in knowing what supplements this would be effective with and which it would be a bad idea for.
I started thinking about this when Mr.X suggested chewing the multi (ICK!!!).
