Supplements for DOMS?

So after a complete 3 week break from the gym, I have been going 2x a week for 3 weeks when I have time (and b/c of DOMS), doing a HST style workout.

I am ready to hit the gym on a regular basis with my diet and workout plan back on track. I lifted yesterday doing a HST routine, and plan to go again tomorrow. Only thing is, I have DOMS today, and I am pretty sure I will still be feeling them tomorrow.

Is there anything I can take to speed up recovery? I know I can work through them, but I don't want to just go through the motions and use a extremely light weight. I plan to do HST for a few weeks til my strength is back.

Any supps I can add that will lessen my DOMS and speed my recovery?
 
Eat more, esp. protein...Drink more water.. Make sure you're getting 50g whey and simple carbs right after workout. Protein shake right before bed. Make sure you're getting enough sleep. Good multi-vit/mineral. Stretch it out...But most of all take it like a man, thats a good pain. A pain that I strive for. You have to love it. Gear def. speeds up recovery, but I don't know what your going for..
 
Thanks for the advice.

I am just trying to keep to my routine consistently - can't do that when I am this sore.

No gear for me, yet. I have a long time until I reach my natural potential.
